How long will it take to get my orders?
DELIVERY
We recently overhauled our shipping and customer service, to give you the best experience we can! Your package isn't delivered by SpaceX Starship... yet, but we're working on it. 🚀
Items ordered by 1PM GMT are shipped the same day.
Shipping to all international countries (all but UK) is via Air Mail, timing is as follows:
UK: 1-2 days
Europe: 5 days
USA: 7 days
Rest of World 7 days

EUROPE ONLY
Unfortunately the UK/Europe situation hasn't made things smooth recently. You are likely to receive a small customs fee of around 2 EUROS. We are working hard to resolve this issue in the next couple of months.
RETURNS
Our 30 day return policy keeps you in safe hands if your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. We will always put you first, and help in any way we can. If you need an item exchanged or refunded make sure you contact us within 30 days of receipt, or order date if item is not received.
